Working principle

Axial internal pressure ripple compensator is a kind of compensating device which can absorb the size change of pipeline, conduit or container caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction by using the effective expansion deformation of elastic element of ripple compensator. It belongs to a compensating element. The absorption of axial, transverse and angular displacements can be obtained.

Structural material

1. Bellows: stainless steel 304, 316L, 321, etc.

Installation notes

1. The chloride content in the medium is less than 25PPM.

2, strictly prohibit welding slag splashing bellows.

3, installation must be carried out according to the sign of product flow.

4, both ends of the corrugated pipe must be provided with a guide bearing and a fixed bearing.

5, it is not allowed to use the deformation of corrugated compensator to adjust the installation error of piping position.

6, it is forbidden to use the pull rod or the limit rod to lift.

7, after installation, the transport tie rod and the stop rod with yellow markings should be removed.
