I. Judgment Criteria

2. Prompt Response to Offer
A competent professional can provide the most reasonable pricing for clients promptly.

3. Professional Drawings

Reliable manufacturers typically issue detailed production drawings before manufacturing and seek customer confirmation.

4. Safe Logistics and Transport

II. Tips Not To Do!

1. Avoid suppliers that provide quotes without clearly defining all related specifications. These quotes are often rough estimates that lead to misunderstandings during order placement.

2. Be cautious of suppliers who exaggerate the lifetime of industrial heaters. Such exaggerations may mislead clients and pose financial risks if product issues arise.

3. If suppliers do not inquire about the operating environment of electric heaters, proceed with caution. Different environments require distinct raw materials for optimal heater performance.

4. Exercise caution if there is a significant price difference with other suppliers after several inquiries.

With this information, we hope customers now better understand how to select the right electric heater vendors.

6 Tips and Tricks for the Chinese Diesel Heater

3. Diesel Gelling

The CDH operates on diesel, which mainly remains liquid. However, at extremely low temperatures, diesel can solidify, a phenomenon known as "gelling." When the fuel gels, it won't circulate within the CDH, resulting in a heat output error.

At what temperature does diesel gel? This varies depending on the type. There are two main types: #1 and #2 diesel, with #2 being more common. #2 diesel typically starts to gel at around 20F, hence its designation as summer diesel. #1 diesel is a blend of #2 diesel and kerosene, lowering the gel temperature to about -40F and usually available in winter in very cold regions.

If #1 diesel is unavailable, you can use additives, found at auto parts stores, to prevent gelling.

We once faced a gelling issue with our heater during a night in Wyoming when temperatures dropped to -20F, leading to a complete halt in output. Now, we always carry a fuel additive for emergencies.
